I was surprised that, despite all the information provided during booking, I was not informed that there was no coffee or coffee maker in the room. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful—at check-in, the woman had an attitude and was short with me, and at checkout, when I asked for a late checkout, the staff member just continuously shook her head before I could even explain my situation. We were charged $100 more than what our confirmation said it would be, the person at the desk called her manager who did not answer the phone, the room stunk of rotten fish or something dead, a light fixture was hanging off, dusty, dead bugs, sticky kitchen floor and something leaking on the floor out of the fridge. When I spoke to the person working the desk she said there were no more rooms……. On basics such as Hot Water: None this morning. Went to employee and he just shrugged his shoulders. UNACCEPTABLE!

A typical hotel. Nothing really separates it from any other hotel I've stayed at. Clean and friendly staff
