Exceptional service from both Tyler and Grant at front desk. I was welcomed in such a friendly, inviting, manner by Tyler as soon as I arrived. Upgraded to a double king suite, unknowingly and the room was clean. They may not have breakfast or coffee, but if you're looking for a reasonable, comfortable place to stay, even briefly, you cannot beat this. Thank you for making my stay worthwhile. I highly recommend! I will be back again when I am in the area.
Was there for 8 weeks and my room was cleaned 2 times, also the rates changed every week, there was 25 people from my company staying there and we all paid different prices
650.00 dollars for 7 days ... No room service for those 7 days . You have to go ask for fresh towels and hand the front desk attendant your dirty wet ones first so they can count them .. Refrigerator looks like it fell out the back of a u haul truck . Don't walk around with no shoes or socks on your feet will be black instantly. I used one of there towels to wipe up some water and it turned black so who knows when the last time the floors where mopped . I don't even know what's going on with the microwave. Needed A Break From Life. Stayed A Week. It Was Perfect. Room Was Big. Loved The Full Size Refrigerator. Bed Was Comfortable. Bed Was Cozy. Staff Were Great. I am Refreshed Now And Ready To Take On Life Again.
Stayed there for one night and the service was horrible. They didn’t have anything. They gave us one bar of body soap. I asked for hand soap and they said they didn’t have more. Asked for more cups as only one was provided for a 2 people stay and they said they didn’t have any more. The service was horrible. The room does come with a stove top but bring your own pots and pans as they charge $40 for theirs and room service. They charge for room service in between stays which I think is a bit weird.
