I had Extended Family Care provide in home care for my mom. Per my contract with them, the care givers were supposed to enter notes for each day in the companys portal. This was was not done for all days despite me making 4 requests for the notes to be posted. I made these requests both before our service period ended and after. The company required a large deposit before the start of service. It seems that once they had my money, they werent really interested in fulfilling the complete terms of the contract.
