Had a bad experience with Jaz doing a basic manicure. She used a dremel stone to clean my cuticles & natural nails, which have been sore & red for 3 days. No soapy water or cuticles pushing or snipping dry skin. No cream on hands. She used a very abrasive pad to scratch grooves into my nails. Polish began coming off the next day.
I've been coming here for about 3-4 month now and all I have to say its fantastic everyone is super nice and its a lovely place to go! But today was fantastic I got the Jazz spa day, Jazz is wonderful she's been doing my nails she's so personal and friendly you couldn't ask for anyone nicer. Today we did 3 services and it was fantastic! This is my go to spa/salon to get anything done, I always get compliments on my nails and I always say go to jazz at extended beauty in Thamesford! Loved today thank you so much again Jazz.
