Way too many inconsistencies. I first booked with Dery who has done my hair before. My first experienced consisted of him being overbooked and him doing four heads at once. So my appt was 4:30 I didn’t leave the shop until after 11pm. There was an apology but no discount or sympathy for my time. I called the shop using the number listed here on Google and was greeted by its owner, Paradise. I was looking to find a Stylist who could accommodate a very last minute appointment, as a friend of mine had another stylist cancel on her same day as she prepared to leave the country for her birthday trip. Paradise was very polite and professional and did not seem at all put off by my rush request. If you have a special event or anything going on just know Pauly is NOT RELIABLE. Went there for my dirty 30 and she cancelled at the last minute with no excuse or apology or anything. She was not even at the salon when I showed up, I found out from the girl working there, so nope didn’t even get to have my hair done.
