I have requested repeatedly to One Exchange that I receive their correspondence to me via e-mail, but One Exchange continues to send correspondence via paper mail. If you or your company is considering One Exchange as a service supplier, I recommend that you reconsider, A company that will not address a simple cost avoidance opportunity such as using e-mail over paper mail probably has little concern for your cost of service.
