6 Years ago, my wife obtained a disability which meant climbing 16 flights of stairs to access our master bedroom, it was a significant falls risk for her to access our bedroom. I have unfortunately given this score as fairly as I can, based on my experience which is limited. I utilised the website to request a free quotation using their online form, selecting 'Type of Renovation Work: First floor addition plus a major renovation'. The emailed response I received verbatim reads "Thank you for your enquiry, however on viewing the property on Google Earth the access presents too many problems for building so we must decline to quote." We used extend a home to add a second floor to our semi. They were reasonably priced vs other quotes, great to deal with, and completed the build on time (6 months) and on budget. Defects list was very short and minor at the end of the build, and everything was fixed within a week of us moving back in. Communication was great throughout and overall it was a great experience for what is for a lot of people a really challenging one
