Very friendly owners and staff. Always clean and never an issue getting on a machine. My entire family enjoys going to the gym here, we definitely recommend!
This gym is a hidden gem! It has everything you need to meet your fitness goals. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. I never feel intimidated here. If you are not sure where to begin definitely ask about their personal training options or their many group classes. Both will challenge and motivate you!!
When you come to EXSSFIT the dynamics of training changes. The trainers are awesome and above reproach. Cliff, Deadlift Jay, Brandon and host of other trainers to include the YOGA instructor Stephanie they create a team dynamics approach that feeds into their clients individual style of training, health and fitness goals they are training to reach. These elite trainers challenge you to bring out the goals you want to meet and exceed. You are pushing in an EXSSIVE manner to push past your goals for the next level training.
