I highly recommend Cliff or one of his trainers! They are knowledgeable, motivating, and attentive to your personal needs and goals. The gym is always clean and fits my workout needs.

EXSSFIT 2026 the dynamics of training changes and the improvements and classes offered are above reproach with instructors/trainer's who are willing to take time to assist with your goals. Persona training sessions are available to purchase for one on one training sessions to set yourself up for your goals and accomplishments. The trainers are world class and versed on all levels to get you to your goal. I think this gym is a hidden gem in Jacksonville. It’s 24 hour access so if you work out early, or late to miss the rush it’s perfect. The community there is really good, I’ve never had a work out where someone was inconsiderate or rude. The staff is even better, very friendly and very out going. I’m not much of a talker but the staff always say hello when I’m in there and it’s very welcoming. I would love to see this gym grow to be packed at all hours, and for the monthly price I think it’s better than 95 percent of the gym... read more
