We have been working with Sean for a few years now, and he has made a real difference for both of my children. My son started first, and after seeing the results, we signed my daughter up as well. Both of my children have gotten significantly faster and stronger, and each is now considered one of the fastest on their team. I have been training with Sean at EXRT throughout my entire pregnancy. He has designed every workout specifically for the stage I was in. I am now at the end of my third trimester and not only feel stronger but also more prepared physically and mentally. I highly recommend Sean and look forward to continuing to work with him postpartum!
