Rude front desk staff and technician here. After the second negative encounter with this clinic, took my requisition back to go to another location.
Don't go here for X-rays. The 'walk in appts' are few & fit in between all the other services that DO get appts. I went at beginning of the x-ray time window (10:30 Thurs) & they closed appts for the day right then! I was told my wait was 30-40 min. I saw 8 patients turned away in the 1.5 hr wait I had before getting in! Inefficient & unfair 'Rules' of taking patients. And the parking is NOT free as advertised! The front desk staff & technician only wanted to argue & justify their 'Rules'. No one cared about my unfair wait o... read more
