Fatima is an annoying and unprofessioanl ultrasound tech. She seems to believe she is superior will give you attitude , if you dare say anything where she feels challenged she will snap at you. Lady you're an ultrasound tech, you are not the top surgeon from a top hospital
Very poor reception service. The lady that sits by the wall is so unpleasant. Today is the second time that she is displaying this unpleasantness. She did not bother to look at the requisition, she just told me and my elderly dad to wait. We were there for over 30 mins waiting with no communication till I got up to speak to the other receptionist, who was so much nicer and told us that we needed to book appointment for the ultrasound.
