This (Dersan Road location) is a very nice new clean and professionally run location with excellent staff and service. I had both Ultrasound and Xray's done twice.
Worst experience ever.
Been to this place a few times now and never realized how terrible it was until I went to True North Scarborough. The receptionists are very rude people who I’ve used to give the benefit of the doubt (everyone has bad days!) but they seem to have a bad day every day. A few of the actual staff are okay - they get the job done and are quite nice.
