I had a great experience at EXR! The receptionist was very nice and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. Fatima, who did my ultrasound, was fantastic—she was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. I'm definitely planning to go here for the remainder of my pregnancy!
Updated review. Super annoyed. When they first opened they were more organized than what they are now but at least there is someone who answers the phone. Always call ahead here if you need an X-ray. I went on a Monday and no one, told they called in sick and then I went back the next day and someone was there. When I mentioned the google reviews about their X-ray tech they didn’t seem to care. This (Dersan Road location) is a very nice new clean and professionally run location with excellent staff and service. I had both Ultrasound and Xray's done twice. I removed one star not for the office but because of the organizations website. Their website appointment booking system is faulty. You cannot select "xray" as an option and you cannot submit a PDF of your requisition which is what all doctors use. Instead I had to convert mine to a PNG format which is extremely cumbersome if your requisition document is more than... read more
People are nice, however they are never ready for us when we arrive. They suggest they open at 8am, three times we have come and either technicians are not there yet or we get told a story. Need to update their hours or hold themselves accountable. Very tough to wait when you bring an elderly individual for tests.
I had a bad experience here. Not only did the ultrasound tech call me back for invasive testing twice because she didn't get clear pictures but I also got extremely itchy and infected afterwards. I've done this a bunch of times without any symptoms. Also techs should check to ensure pictures are clear so they don't need to call patient back in to do all over again.
