Unfortunately it has been 2 years since I have asked them to come and complete their work. The framing on the windows they have installed is falling apart and they have not been out to fix after numerous texts. Originally I thought they were an OK company, I understood the long wait time. But this is un acceptable. I cannot recommend them.
Excellent service and products.
I am in the same situation as the reviewer below me. At this point I am going to give them one more shot as it has been almost a year since we ordered and if I don't hear back will request a refund and look elsewhere.
