Have been religiously coming here for 10+ years. Since the actual Bayshore Mall days. I agree with all the other reviews, I have to stop going because everyone is extremely rushed to get you out the door. I explain MULTIPLE times when I am there, please tint my eyebrows light and we can always darken if need. Think they listen? Nah. I proceed to leave every time with sharpie brows. I’m extremely disappointed with my most recent visit. I intentionally grew my eyebrows out for over a month and a half and clearly explained that they are prone to unevenness and that I wanted to keep them as thick and full as possible. Despite this, the technician failed to properly assess the shape. Instead of balancing my brows, she continued thinning the brow that was already thinner, which only made the unevenness more noticeable.
