I had a pedicure and an acrylic full set yesterday. Susan did great in my toes and really sweet lady. Over the lady who did my nails I believe was very poor with her customer service skills. I pointed out certain tweaks while she was doing my nails and her skills are very poor so she’s telling me how hard her job is. I understand if your salon has nail technicians who may not have the best skill then don’t charge for a shaping fee!! Or $55 for nails when they don’t turn out to your store “standards” She didn’t shape my nails... read more

Llegue en lunes porque recibí un mensaje que ese día había 20% de descuento, la persona encargada me dijo que solo podía usar el descuento en pedicure y manicure....eramos dos personas solo para pedicure, no había suficiente personal y una sola persona nos quería hacer el pedicure a las dos a la vez....no son muy profesionales.
