I absolutely love, love, live this place. I braid hair so I request that my nails are done a bit differently than traditional and they deliver every single time!!! The pedicures are awesome and when you get one of the special/ luxury pedis they do NOT rush the process. They also offer water so that's a plus. They take their time no matter how booked they are. I recently visited Exquisite Nails at 2635 Ramada Road, Burlington, NC, and I can’t say enough great things about my experience! First off, I walked in without an appointment, just taking a chance, and I was warmly welcomed by Lucy. She was so kind and engaging, making me feel right at home in the salon. Lucy does a great job on my nails with the different designs and pedi. Everyone there is polite and kind. Great location to get your nails and pedi done. They also offer other services (waxing, eyebrows, etc.) there. Great customer service.
This was the first time I went and got my nails done professionally in a long time and I went and saw misty and let me tell you SHE DID AMAZING, she took her time to make sure it was as perfect as it could be, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she let me know everything she might have doubts about so I wouldn’t get upset and still executed them PERFECTLY. Give that girl a raise she’s wonderful!!! Best nails I’ve ever had!!
Lina is very detailed and skilled. My nails never lift and they always look great!
