I purchased a pair of Reicker shoes for $115 one shoe had a sharp edge inside that cut my foot. When I returned the shoes I was told it was past the return window period. It has only been 2 1/2 weeks. The teller was extremely rude on top of it. Buyer be ware.
This is one of my favorite stores to shop at! My experience at this beautiful boutique has been nothing short of great...and full of wonderful customer service! First off, the shop is clean and organized and full of beautiful, classic clothing, as well as the newest trends...and the ladies in that store are helpful - but not intrusive. I absolutely love this boutique. They have beautiful unique clothing and accessories! Every time we visit Rochester it is a must for me!
Save yourself and go somewhere else. What a sad place with terrible customer service.
