Don Bradford hires contractors to do the work for him.. He's just a middle man getting paid. He doesn't inspect any of the work being done, and when there's a problem with how something's put together, he rarely returns calls or emails. He put a spa tub in my master bedroom and installed a hot water heater that was half the size needed to fill the tub with hot water. You had to let the tank reheat 2 times to fill the tub full. I could never get him to replace the hot water heater.
