To say this business goes above and beyond would be a severe understatement. My daughter's birthday was today and I had planned on getting a cake through an individual but there was a mishap and I found out last minute that there would be no cake. After multiple calls and no luck this sweet lady was able to help and had a beautiful cake done in a matter of hours. Even with rush fee I think the cost was very reasonable. We had an event we had to bring the flowers to, and not only were we made to be late because they weren't ready, we also had to drive to a house instead of the "business address" listed. I wouldn't be upset if I was let known ahead of time. The bouquet was also significantly smaller than the picture showed.
The staff member who assisted me in my order was very kind and knowledgeable. She was able to create a beautiful arrangement within my price range and expectations. She was mindful of my request to have the flowers be pet and allergy friendly. I will definitely be making future orders through this company!
This place is awesome! I cannot express enough how wonderful the service is here. I ordered flowers for my sister and within a couple of hours they were delivered! My sister said the flowers were absolutely breathtaking! It's nice to know that there is still a business that goes above and beyond in quality and customer service!! I will definitely use Exquisite Florals & Events for all of my floral needs. Thank you so much again for the awesome customer service and beautiful floral arrangement!
