I was connected with exquisite flooring via Floor and Decor - I had a great experience with deven and his team to redo the floors in my attic. In the last two weeks, I was given an estimate by Exquisite (which I am glad I took) as I wanted to replace both my kitchen and hallway floors with luxury vinyl wood planks. I was given a list of all the materials I would need for the job (from Floor N Decor) which really guided me. Exquisite's Raoul and Juan picked up my order and did the work themselves. Decent job by Deven R. and his crew for the most part. However, we experienced major scheduling issues and received disrespectful and condescending customer service from the office/management(Sue and Vanessa). For example, one day the crew arrived well after 3pm, and on another day when we had an issue and brought it to their attention, we were told that we did not handle the situation properly. We were left speechless. This is the extremely unfortunate because Deven R. seems like a really good person.
