My entire experience was fantastic!! Making an appointment was easy and communication was great! I had a slight difficulty finding the location but when I called they made finding it simple and easy. After dropping off, they had me point out everything that I wanted touch up. Once I picked up, the car looked FANTASTIC. My vehicle now looks just as great as when I first bought it. Franklin did an amazing job on my SUV. Between kids, grandkids, and living in a rural area, the car was a bit of a mess. It looks and smells like new again! He was professional and very friendly. Work was done in a quick but thorough manner, even with my obnoxious dog barking at him the whole time! Would definitely recommend!!
I’ll start by saying the customer service was good when it came to scheduling and communication. The person I spoke with on the phone was polite and helpful. However, my experience at the shop itself wasn’t great. The location was mostly gravel, in a somewhat sketchy area, and surrounded by very dusty roads with large speed bumps my car (a low Miata) couldn’t even clear.
