My experience with Jyoti has always been pleasant. She does not rush the waxing process as she understands I have very sensitive skin. She ensures the pre wax cleanser is applied prior to waxing and aloe vera lotion post waxing to reduce the after effect. Thanks Jyoti!
Today i visit this salon for eyebrow threading and tinting, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Girl name Manpreet/Manreet, seemed more focused on her phone than on her work. I felt ignored and frustrated as she displayed a lack of attention to detail. When I tried to communicate with her, she responded with noticeable attitude, which made the situation even worse.
