I went here for the first time yesterday and honestly, I’m very disappointed with the service. The customer service was extremely poor. The salon was empty, yet the only lady working there didn’t even greet me with a smile. Her attitude felt very unwelcoming, like she wasn’t interested in attending clients and preferred sitting on her phone. I went in Broadmedows no greeting, was on call she told me to sit and went back, was on phone call while giving service too. Worst costumer service never visiting here again. She didn’t even ask want kind of shape I want , no communication
i got my facial done i payed 125$ she started using her hands and didnt do anything she put 2 mask on and i did eyebrow lamination there discusting and lash lift they didnt work i payed 300$ for nothing
