I go to Anjali who threads my brows. They are amazing!
My day one and the only place I go for threading if Alicia is not there, I would rather do it for myself. When she went overseas I was served with another lady and she was a disappointment. Please look for ALICIA you will never turn back.
I had a disappointing experience with the customer service & would not recommend this place to anyone. When I asked for upper lip threading, it was painful, which I understand is normal. However, what made me uncomfortable was that the two staff members were laughing together, which made me feel like they were laughing at me.Feel very uncomfortable. Date - 6th July 2024 Time - Around 4.30 Pm to 4.45 pm
Absolutely horrible experience. The staff member completely messed up my partners eye brows and also cut her eyelid a scissor. No remorse or genuine apology. The staff are not trained and have no understanding customer-service.
