After incessantly searching for a dress, I finally ended up at Exquisite Bride in Milburn. I opened the doors to their beautiful boutique and knew that if I did not find something here, the one didn't exist for me. In addition to the plethora of beautiful dresses and variety of high end designers, the lovely ladies that worked there were key in finding the dress. I had a horrible experience here.... The director of sales, Sarah? She's too pushy and as soon as she realizes you aren't going to purchases a dress she gets rude and disrespectful. As for management, a girl named Megan is horrible at handling customer satisfaction issues. I wonder if she even has experience?? I am so disappointed and I hope the owner Remy reads this. The gowns are gorgeous but the personnel is horrible and leaves much to be desired. I'd sooner go to Kleinfelds than this place.
