Are kids ordered flowers from this floral shop and they had to make 4 calls over a two day period and finally the flowers were delivered two days after our anniversary. Needless to say they won't be using this establishment again for any special occasion deliveries.
Ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday. They were never delivered, so I called them the next day and they told me they would call me back which they didn't. I called back the next day and they apologized, but after I told them I wanted to cancel the order they just told me to reach out to my credit card to have them cancel the transaction. I'm clearly not the first person in the reviews this has happened to, so I would avoid if you are using them to deliver flowers.
Very personal and kind customer service. I called mid-morning and the beautiful flowers were delivered the same day. So helpful because I am out of state. I highly recommend them.
They flowers I ordered for my Mom were ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL and it was so important for me because we live state's away. The service we received was above and beyond. Thank you Exquisite Blooms you made her day.
