Lucy has done a great job as my Irlen Syndrome Diegnostition. She is kind, and personable. Here is why she does it. She does it for people like me. When she prescribed my glasses to me 3 years ago, my reading speed trippled, my car sickness stopped, my hearing improved, my confidence rose, I became less clumsy, and I stopped shutting down every time I got around a group of people. I really recommend this place! I had an appointment with Lucy this last January. She is very patient and caring and guided me through the process of finding the right tint for Irlen glasses. The place itself is very warm and welcoming. My appointment was over 2 hours. Lucy took the time to explain all the steps and helped me to navigate the process during the appointment and did lots of follow ups after. We were so fortunate to come across Ms.Lucy as she was passing through our area. We had been waiting a year to get in with a diagnostician to be tested for Irlen glasses. She was professional and kind during the entire process. My daughter has had a huge shift for the better since her glasses came in. She can see normally and hasn’t had the headaches or stomachs aches since wearing them. She is a much more pleasant mood and is sleeping better at night. Thank you!!!!!
