Tyler and the Service department were great to deal with for a recent challenging trouble shoot for a recurring Electronic Limited Slip Differential warning light and tracking down an A/C leak on my 2020 Expedition. Glad to have an extended warranty.
Probably the most seamless experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle (too easy) from Steve at expressway Ford. Never any pressure. Hannah in financing was very easy to deal with and answered all of my questions over email since I lived further away. I also found that they had the best prices for used vehicles that I could find. I don’t have names from the service department but I am happy with the work that was done prior to picking my vehicle up.
All around excellent experience knowledgeable sales and service staff. They made our purchase less stressful. Left with confidence we understood our options and now enjoying our fabulous new car.
