I had some issues with my 2020 F250. Expressway Ford set us up an appointment within a week. Their super friendly staff kept me up to speed with how everything was going and when my truck would be complete. Our truck is the life line of our business and they were able to get the transmission rebuilt in the time line they told me. We highly recommend this business!
Sitting here waiting an hour after I brought it in for simple oil change. Still no one working on it. Thinking about taking it somewhere else.
I had a good repair experience here. Worked with Brant and they repaired a P0001 error on our F450 (bad fuel volume control valve). Since it required pulling several intake manifold components to get to it, I took it to the dealer rather than replacing it myself. It did take about a week and a half to get in, but I shopped around and all of the repair shops (dealers and non dealers) had a backlog when this happened in March of 2022.
