Dr. Gaines married my husband and I and when I say this guy is awesome I mean it!! The wedding couldn't have been more perfect. Dr. Gaines made our day perfect! He showed up and showed out! Everything was original and fitted just for us. We even had a few laughs. He is so awesome at what he does and communication was outstanding. I definitely would recommend express vows Dr. Gaines!!!!

Spencer was extremely helpful in getting me and my wife our wedding license on very short notice. The communication through the process was awesome and we could not have done it on short notice without his help. He was very responsive to text messages and made sure we got everything done in time. I knew I was in good hands from the beginning and it was nice to have the correct paperwork in hand before we flew down to Florida for our Secret elopement!
