So far the staff have been very polite. My issue is still with signing up. If I use a non-numeric symbol followed by a lower case i to end my password, your system always capitalizes the I, which I expressly do not want. I hope your it team can fix the issue so I can log in.
resolved problem and have filed. The only problem with the chat is the same problem that has plagued windows since they went to the bright white screen, you cannot see the box where you are supposed to type in.
