I contacted ExpressRooter to deal with a clogged kitchen drain. The appointment to have a plumber out was arranged with very little wait time after the initial call. Mark (absolutely fabulous) arrived at the designated time and proceeded to deal with the issue in an efficient and professional manner. I was referred to them by another repair man for a basement leak. Charles came on time. He was professional and polite although he kept calling his boss to ask. He recommended some silicon at the wall of the kitchen basin as there was nothing wrong with the pipes. He called his boss then quoted $250 for that which I thought was insane. He didn’t even have a silicon gun to use and wanted to use mine. He also quoted $350 to change a leaky faucet. They maybe good in what they do but they are incredibly expensive.
