Took the car for a wash on the outside and clean inside. We payed $54 for the deluxe option. We were told waiting would be about 2 hours which was fine. When the car was finally done you could see from the deck where we were sitting that the car was still dirty on the outside. We told the guy who came over and rewashed it, it just needed some elbow grease. Thank you for taking the time this morning to clean my car. It doesn’t get used very often and was in dire need of a wash. I was impressed that the time was taken to get it back to a place that I wasn’t embarrassed to drive home in. I also love the fact you don’t charge extra for the coffee. THANK YOU
The manager was very rude and attempted to charge me for a 4WD price when I have a small SUV. His attitude is disgraceful and probably shouldn't be working in a customer service position, screwed his face up at me and walked off - not good enough !Had it done today 6th Jan if the owners care!!
