The did not clean my car on the back side and inside under seats everything as it is .Not happy what I have paid for
The older man at the booth was incredibly rude, and I ended up not getting my car cleaned because of his behavior. After seeing the bad reviews for this place, it all made sense. When I spoke to the owner, James, about the older mans behaviour he just laughed. I also mentioned the bad reviews but he said he didn’t care about the reviews. This business clearly doesn’t care about its customers, its work, or its reputation. Avoid.
Esspresso Car Wash by name and by nature! Absolutely terrible….. too many pics and issues to post. I don’t know where to start honestly. I paid for a mini detail, ($150), and the mini part is exactly what I got. They focussed on the painted body work and left all of the bumpers and lower trims filthy. Damaged my interior LED Lights in my console, which I’ll need a price from Audi to fix. Disappointed with the service. I paid $170 cash for a mini detail, but the car was not cleaned properly. I wouldn’t even classify this as a proper detail. There was dust left on the seats and under the headrests, there was dirt under the mats, fingerprints on the screen, the back seat wasn’t wiped down at all, and the rear armrest wasn’t opened or cleaned.
