Best oil change and car wash around! The people are really nice there and they do a good lil change. The car wash also cleans your car very well!
Awful experience. I have always came to get my oil changed at the holland location, with every vehicle i have had. “Jesse” stripped the bolts on my skid plate the last time i brought my car here apparently and today when i came to get my oil changed they told me id have to come back to get my skid plate put back on, after they got the right bolts. I have been coming to this location for over 5 years. I had amazing service. The past two instances which were months apart the technicians have been cold, dismissive, and the experience was definitely lacking. I received no greeting and the mechanic spoke to me with his back turned to me! Very rude! Today when I went in; again no greeting, no “how can I help you” just silence. 15 minutes later I’m told they don’t have the filter for my vehicle; which is odd bc I needed my oil changed.
