Took my money and disappeared, windows unfinished, paid over 13,000 from me ignoring calls, I feel this company has robbed me, however I am willing to take them to court and name and shame Mr Paul Fenty everywhere
Very good installing, nice guys, however get a problem and they wont answer your emails, txts, phone messages, they just ignore you, and will not put the problem right, I have been emailing, phoning and texting for weeks even over a month now, they read the emails, but will not answer, and my front composite door is really bad, and I have had to go through all this bad weather with it, so I would not recommend for after sales service at all, maybe this review might even prompt a response as I will continue to comment on here... read more
