Some cosmetologists are great at cutting and styling hair; some are great at highlights and coloring hair. Kelly, of Expressions, is great at both! I commented on it one day and after she modestly argued with me, she suggested it might be because of all the continuing education she attends. I am sure it is because she CARES. Not only because of the hairstyle, but also because of the PERSON. You will come out of Kelly's looking and feeling better and have made a lifelong friend who cares about more than your hair.
Kelly is awesome she got the color I wanted and she washes your hair like a goddess. I recommend the milkshake shampoo system. It smells like buttercream frosting and lasts all day:)
