I had them come and do painting and a tiny bit of wallpaper in 2017 and the wallpaper is falling off the wall. A cupboard door that they fixed fell off twice and they never came back to fix any of it. Disgraceful...the owner was lovely however the person in charge that came to work was foreman I guess and he did sub par work and everytime I questioned on something his reply would be Oh I wasn't happy with that either and if I had not said anything he would have left as is.
