the result we got was incomplete, they missed several big issues and pointed out trivial things. not worth the money.
I'm going to start off by saying that "Yes, I am the seller", because this seems to be the rebuttal when a bad review is given. Expression homes was hired by the buyers of our home. The home inspection report was sloppy. So sloppy and inaccurate that the inspectors had to go back and "correct" their report after we pointed things out to them! The inspectors also caused damage to the siding of our home. They punched 3/8" holes/dents with a lag bolt in our siding and trim in various spots around the house looking for dry rot. ... read more
If you are buying a home, this guy is the one to inspect the property. If you are wanting your home to last your lifetime, he's the one to point out any issues that you should be taking care of now. Robert King is the best!
