Roque and team are absolutely amazing. Our floors were installed in the 1999-2001 timeframe and had the aluminum oxide finish. The team crushed this sand and finish job. Beyond impressed and 100% recommend. Added a before (tan floor) and after (Dura Seal Dark Walnut with Fabulon Finish) photo.
Geninely one of the best contractors I've ever worked with. Rocky and his team were clean, on time, took me seriously, listened to what I wanted and the end result is perfection. They were more then reasonable and the only people I would ever call again to do floors. 6/5 stars if I could.
Absolutely amazing job. After getting outrageous quotes from different companies. We decided to go with expresse. Roque just finished the floors to my entire 1900’s home. The floors look amazing! I have zero complaints. He was very knowledgeable on the wood types. He also left no dust behind always on time. I would definitely recommend and use them again. Great work!
Excellent job! They removed the carpet from bedrooms and placed vinyl flooring. Also, did the stairs. Besides doing a great job, they work very clean, constantly vacuuming to ensure dust do not goes to other areas of the house. We would consider them for future jobs.
They went above and beyond in refreshing our floors!!
