I was very unhappy misleading paid a very high interest and was not told about it twice the interest rate that I've ever paid and I bought four vehicles in the last 8 years some places are only interested in making money
Bait and Switch. We called about a vehicle, we were told it was on the lot. Got to the lot and they had "the car" waiting for us. During the test drive we realized that the odometer was WAY off. Turns out they brought out a different, higher priced car. The car salesman used every shifty trick in the crooked sales book to try to get us into the car. When we went to drive away, he then says, "oh, I can keep trying to find that other car." Don't use these guys for a car.
We did everything over the phone and it was very easy. No pressure. Dawson was awesome to deal with. Very accommodating. Excellent vehicle that we enjoy driving. Highly recommend.
I 100% recommend Express Cars. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and offered help. Sawyer Laplant helped me find the car I wanted and took care of everything else. Everyone was polite, friendly and made me feel comfortable.
