I found a truck they had just put on the lot I was interested in. Went inside to talk about trade value on my current truck to see if trading it in was even an option. They didn't want to give me a value and were so rude I just had to walk out. Zero customer service skills. I'd rather pay more for the same truck elsewhere and be treated well than get a deal and talked to like I'm stupid.

We recently purchased a toyota tacoma from the expresscars dealership. The brakes were one of our concerns and we had asked for the brakes to be looked at by their mechanic. Long story, but after we purchased the truck the brakes still were spongy. We were not happy when i called express cars and they pretty much said too bad, your out of luck. I bought a used car here two weeks ago. The sale was quick and easy, they don't haggle about the price and are upfront about fees and taxes. After I bought it, I had it inspected by an independent garage and it turned out one of the tires had a crack and needed to be replaced. I called expresscars and let them know about the situation, and they offered to pay for the repair and the loaner until my car was fixed. Great service, fast replies, willing to work with you and your situation. Love the car too ^_^
