Take husband for exray for fall injury, was told Tech is not on duty and was given days when tech is there. This is not acceptable for emergency care and should remove it from the building. This is not a place to go for emergency care when a possible break injury needs care.
Everyone was friendly, respectful, understanding & straight to the point. I have no complaints.
Went here yesterday. I have three infected wounds that urgently require medication. I went there instead of patient first hoping to be in and out in maybe an hour max. I was there for 2 hours for no reason at all. The place was not busy, there were two people in the waiting room besides me. When I finally got called after like 30 minutes of waiting, I was expecting to see the doctor immediately. They took my vitals and then seemingly forgot me for about an hour and a half. First time getting sick in nearly 3 years. Outside of feeling unwell I was very anxious to go to an urgent care due to how long the wait times usually are and how rushed the visits feel. Couldn't be happier to be wrong. I was seen within 5 minutes of arrival (make sure to make an appointment, fill out the paperwork beforehand).
