Front desk personnel lacked professionalism and compassion. Those two skills are especially important for urgent care. We were pleased with medical information we received.

I came into this urgent care sick as a dog, barely able to stand, expecting at least a little compassion from the staff. Instead, I was met with one of the rudest, most unprofessional front desk experiences I’ve ever had. Went in on a Saturday morning for a painful ear infection. I was registered, seen, and given a prescription for the meds I needed within 30 minutes! This is the fastest I’ve ever been through any urgent care facility. Nurse Jackie and her supporting nurse were kind and quick. I highly recommend this place!
