Went there today, a Sunday, was told they couldn’t verify my insurance (which is valid) so I could either go elsewhere or pay $200 self pay plus other charges. How are you able to do this when I have valid insurance but due to it being Sunday you can’t verify it? If that’s the case you shouldn’t be open Sundays. I was the second person in a row that left due to this. I was told I would’ve been told the same by a supervisor. I went elsewhere and was seen with no issue. I wouldn’t recommend or go back.
went in for back pain the did some physical tests on my body and told me to go see my family dr when I can my family dr then did the same tests and actually gave me meds that help. the trip to express care was a waste of time since they didnt actually di anything to help me
