Went there this morning. I usually faint when I get blood tests. The woman that helped me was very sensitive and caring. She took her time and used a small needle. She made me feel cared for and respected. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience! I visited the 2525 W Greenway Rd. Phoenix location for a routine drug screening, and the staff exceeded my expectations. Everyone was efficient, professional, and welcoming—the receptionist greeted me warmly with a big smile, and the lab technician was both friendly and extremely helpful. There was no wait, the facility was spotless, and the entire process was smooth and comfortable.
