I've received treatment at the Ellet location several times for a recurring condition and am usually happy with their services. During my most recent visit there was no desk person and the Clinician was rude and condescending. She was late arriving, had trouble obtaining a code to get into the door, didn't prescribe adequately and indicated in documentation that I agreed with treatment plan when that wasn't the case.
Went there today for my son. he has had congestion for 2 weeks and now has chills and tiredness. She would not even see him. She was rude and said she can't do anything for congestion and fatigue. I told her he needs treated. She said she can't do anything for congestion. She was very rude and would not even look at him or take him back. There were not even any other patients there. I said we will just go somewhere else. We went to CVS minute clinic instead where they treated him. He had a fever and was diagnosed with sinus ... read more
I went Sunday around 12 I think. .....they are great. ...I also used the Acme pharmacy. .....didn't have to stop anywhere else. ....would highly recommend them!

I went to express care on Manchester rd. They are great. I use acme pharmacy so it was a one trip deal. Very thorough, and nice nice nice.people
