You guys literally SAVED MY LIFE LAST NIGHT. thank you so much to the Dr. That immediately came into my room to give me a nebulizer treatment. She was quick too which is freaking awesome. They were so kind. As a dental assistant, it was so comforting that they gave me the the same care as I do my patients. I cried after I got into the car because I was SO GREATFUL of how the staff and doctor were awesome.
came in because of my arm still hurting from a fall i had from a seizure a couple months ago basically said yk its a tear cant do much the practionioner Chad Tucker litterally took vitals and was like were gonna send you some referrals and youll be good to go i asked about a docs not (since i was seen and missed a day of work) he laughed and looked at me and said youve been working two months and want a docs note laughs says no and i am stunned and just shrug say ok and leave never coming back to this expresscare again

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. On July 20, 2026, staff tried to turn away my one-year-old, refusing to treat him since they’re not an ER — despite being an urgent care. When I asked staff for their names, they refused, and one employee kept her badge turned backwards the entire time, which felt like a deliberate way to avoid accountability while giving me terrible service.
