Had the WORST experience and brow lamination here. My eyebrows are basically ruined. They over processed my brows and cut too much length off each hair, leaving my brows super short and sparse. I now have bald patches in spots that were full before. And instead of my hair being soft and malleable after the lamination, they were damaged, rough, curly and stiff.
