Reserved the studio for a private paint event for 18 women. The owner was non-accommodating for guests who arrived a little earlier to set up. They Sent a not so nice message to me, while en route, demanding I pay for extra time, even though I already paid for 1.5 hours extra time. Our start time wae 12:30 but I was advised my guests and I could arrive the earliest 12:15. She changed it and told them 12:30!!! There was some miscommunication. I recently participated in a paint n sip party and was very disappointed. The owner clearly didn’t want to work with us. She never smiled and didn’t engaged with the ladies when we arrived and while we were painting. It seemed so robotic. She had an assistant to give us paint when needed. He didn’t say much but at least he was friendly. We were only given one brush for small and large areas which was difficult to use because one color would blend with another.
