I have gaurdianship of my Neice. Went to have her bellybutton pierced for her 18th Birthday. Which was a few days later. The guy said we needed ID’s and proof I could give permission. Understandable. But when we spoke to this guy again. I told him I have the gaurdianship papers and her Drivers License and mine he said he needed her Birth Certificate too.
