Incredible service! Aaron expertly replaced manufacturer parts for us and did so in a timely professional manner. I might add the water heater was located in a difficult place to work on but he figured out a way to get it done. Highly recommend!
We have never had trouble with our water heater so when our hot water stopped working, it gave me a lot of anxiety. It was late at night on a Saturday but I tried calling Express Water Heater, not expecting to talk with anyone until Monday. The call got to the voicemail but shortly after, Aaron texted asking if I was still needing help. Aaron knows his stuff and is priced so reasonably. He was able to come out next day (I did not need him sooner). He explained clearly what happened. His work took 15 minutes (expansion tank replacement). He’s easy to talk with and super easy to trust. I highly recommend his service.
