Our old water heater started leaking out the bottom the day after we left on vacation. A friend was staying at our house and discovered it. We gave Express Water Heater a call, and spoke with Aaron. He was very responsive. Aaron diagnosed the issue (tank leak, not repairable), and gave us options and a bid for replacement.
